Paul Kweku Akrofie can clearly be described as a creative individual with a sense of direction, vision and passion. Founder of Real Peoples Company (RPC), and current acting Director, his product designs and creative direction has developed a much admired look and feel for his brand and products.This earned them the recognition as the Most Innovative local Startup for 2013 by ReconnectGH through public voting.

 His drive and passion have led him to various leadership positions in his personal and educational life. He was awarded the intellectual personality of the year at the Methodist University College Ghana and later became a teaching assistant in the I.T department as well as the past V.P of the Rotaract club of Sakumono.
A reflection of his passion for the creative sector and his efforts to encourage potential can be seen in a video campaign run by RPC, dubbed “HOLD THE FUTURE”.
An ardent creative, he continues to enhance his skills in design and to fuel his passion in developing RPC into an iconic design brand from Ghana.
